Welcome  to  our website where my 2 apartments

are shown in Nice France for your holiday stay and enjoyment.

(1)  THE FIRST 

           Right on the Promenade des Anglais, accross the street from the Carras Beach (The only sandy  Beach in Nice).  Where you will see the awsome view of the Bay; the most colourful sunrises and sunsets.

This is a 2  double bedrooms with a large bath with a shower ,tub bath & two vanities. [Please note that the 2bedrooms are interconnecting i.e one has to pass through the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom]. A large open Kitchen concept, Dining & Living area (California style) . It is on the fifth floor with a lift. You have a T.V. with DVD player for you enjoyment. There is a large sofa/sleeper in this room also. The Kitchen is fully equiped with a Fridge,Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher & Clothes Washer. The apartment has central heating, also the bedrooms have air conditioning.

 The back balcony overlooks Rue Californie which is parallel to the promenade. All buses that will take you all over Nice for 1 euro; pass there. You can take the #100 bus for 1.30 Euro to Mont Carlo. from the central bus station. The trip takes 1/2 an hour. !!!!

Old Nice with its famous variety of markets, the Pedestrian area with its resturants that stay open late all year even week ends are minutes away. The Port, the  Art Museums, Casinos, the chateau all are close by. Round the corner from the apartemnt yhere is a huge supermarket and about 5 resturants in its very close vicinity.

    The Carras beach & the Bay a few minutes from Apt. 

(2) THE SECOND 

This Apartment is charming. It is one block away from the Beach and the Bay as seen in the photo here. It is on the 7th floor of this luxury building on Rue Californie. It is one block from The Radisson Hotel.  Surrounded by resturants, and supermarkets.

 It is a large 2 bedrooms and a separate dining/living room, with TV. & DVD player. A large kitchen fully equiped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster clothes washer & dryer. Two very large balconies one on the main double bedroom and the other on the living room & Kitchen. The apartment has central heating.

All cooking utensils, table ware, towels & bed sheets etc. are provided linen is provided.

It is a 5-10 minutes bus ride or taxi ride to all interesting spots in Nice. Old Nice markets, the Pedestrian area which stays open late even on week ends, the Casinos, Art museums, and the hills all can be reached with different buses for one euro. You can visit Monte Carlo on bus #100 from the central bus station for 1.30 Euro.

Rent /week is for 1-4 adults 1-2 children. There is a 350 Pounds Sterling, for return of Keys/breakerage  refundable deposit.
