Dear Miss Meakin,

Welcome to the latest edition of the FPB’s eNewsletter!

Following the introduction of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 in April, we are pleased to introduce our new directors' and officers' (D&O) insurance, with a limit of indemnity of up to £5 million.

We also bring you an update on the possible changes to the statutory disciplinary and grievance procedure, which will hopefully simplify the whole process, and we take a closer look at managing poor performance in the workplace.

Finally, we would like to hear your views on late payment. Click here to take part in our survey.

Is it time to review your D&O insurance?
D&O insurance provides personal cover for directors and other executives for losses resulting from claims made against them by third parties. Read on to find out why you need to make sure you are covered.
