Delay to Companies Act will give smaller businesses more time to adjust 

A delay that will give smaller businesses more time to adjust to changes outlined in the Companies Act has been welcomed by the FPB.

UK Government should follow Scotland’s example and cut business rates  

The FPB is calling on the UK Government to follow the example of its Scottish neighbour and pledge to cut or remove business rates, or face the prospect of smaller businesses being left behind their counterparts in Scotland.

FPB calls for Government to take action on public procurement

The FPB is urging the Government to bring down the barriers that prevent smaller businesses competing for contracts from public authorities.
